The location of the cottage is great, just a short stroll from the town. It is also close to Windermere, making it convenient for exploring. The spacious bedrooms and clean furnishings provided a comfortable stay. The well-stocked kitchen was perfect for self-catering. The shared yard with table and chairs was a pleasant spot to relax.
The outdoor seating advertised consisted of an old metal table in a communal back yard, which was not ideal for enjoying the surroundings.

Great location, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, clean, cozy shared yard for dining. Short walk to town and lake. Parking available.

We had a fantastic time staying at this cottage. the location was superb, as it was just a short stroll from the charming town center of Bowness, on, Windermere. being within walking distance to Windermere itself was a great advantage. the spacious bedrooms and clean, well, equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the lovely little shared yard where we could relax and unwind. the location and facilities were exceptional.
It would have been even better if the outdoor seating area had been more appealing.
